1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon grated ginger

Preheat broiler to high.  Whisk sugar, mustard and ginger.  Season Salmon with salt and pepper.  Lay the fish skin side down on a broiler pan. Generously brush with sugar, mustard and ginger.

Broil 8-10 minutes.

Eat with Grilled asparagus.

Yield: 4 servings
